The hotel completely met my expectations. It was conveniently located near Kinshicho subway station, with easy access to the whole city. There were plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions in the area. The hotel provided complimentary amenities like green tea and coffee, a nice touch. The room was small, but I understand that it's typical for Japanese architecture.

Comfortable bed and clean bathroom facilities. Excellent location, close to the train station and nearby restaurants and shopping malls. One key advantage is the friendly and helpful staff who can speak English.

Small room size, typical for Japan, and difficult to manage with large suitcases. Limited English speaking news channels on the TV and no continental breakfast offered for non-Japanese customers.
